"ID conflicts with group ID" Error #3583
Description
After the recent update, I’m seeing the following issue with my Facebook Catalog while using the Facebook for Commerce plugin:
Error: “ID conflicts with group ID”
What happens: When products are synced to Facebook, the plugin is adding not only the product variations to the group, but also the parent (variable) product itself.
Result: Since the parent product ID is used to create the product group in Facebook Commerce Manager, this causes a conflict between the parent product ID and the group ID.
Could you please advise how to fix this so that only variations are included in the Facebook group, without the parent product being added as an item?
