Can you add support for typescript 5.x.x #13682

Can you append || ^5 to this line:

create-react-app/packages/react-scripts/package.json

Line 88 in dd420a6

"typescript": "^3.2.1 || ^4"

And make sure it all keeps working of course.

Somewhat boring, this package is no longer really maintained ... but good idea, actually I can't update typescript to 5.x :(
