different behavior between Google and edge ?

• This is a project built by create-react-app, and this is part of the source code. In Google ,when the page was initialized the count was always 0, but the timer kept running, in Edge , it work as expected .
• version of Google is 114.0.5735.110 , and Microsoft Edge is 114.0.1823.41.

The issue has been resolved because my browser installed a plugin ，change the element structure , causing react to not recognize the element!
