The missing requirements button is not accessible on error

Whenever Bazaar hits an error immediately and we show the modal there's no way to check the requirements modal to see whether there are any pre-identified issues.

I suggest two ways to fix this;

• make the modal closable
• create a console command for easier debugging showing the requirements and showing the last N tasks and their statuses..
