Yes, anyone is welcome to be an observer while it is live or watch the recorded video once it is posted :) Basically the invite list above is to call out people to bring them to the meeting via an email from GitHub, but is not exclusive to them. I'll update the template I copy-and-paste to make this less confusing :)
