Persisting tab stack state - with a dynamic tab route

I have two tabs with stacks in both.
I'd like to persist the stack state (screen and history) in both when I move from one to another.
This works for the first tab, but not for the other, because it defines a dynamic route:

The dynamic route always resets the tab stack.
Any ideas how could one use dynamic route, but if the tab stack has been initialized, it would not get reset when returned into?
And of course the follow up question would be that how COULD I reset the stack state if I wanted to, like for example if I pressed the tab another time when it already is focused?
