Implemented, but non-functional. Can't figure out how to implement it.

Notes:

  • Seems that the texture filtering needs applying to ITextures
  • Not sure how to push something that influences ITextures when rendering.
  • Perhaps we need to override ITexture parameters in DrawTexturedRect somehow (deduced from this example)
