Multiple ValueErrors in testcase, only one is checked #3757

The testcase test_decode_with_a_not_coprime_to_m tries to decode "Test" with a=13. There are two ValueErrors here: the encrypted string has an uppercase character and a is not co-prime to 26.

This should be split in two separate testcase.
