As a decision handler, get a notification if invoice has different sum than fee decision or something else worth noticing

Customers have expressed a need to be notified if decision handler has decided on a sum that then differs in the actual invoice. Invoices may contain additions / substractions. It's possible to add descriptions for extra fees but no clear notification for invoice handler if invoice contains different sum than decision handler accepted in fee decision.
