[Feature] Prevent selection "Erase device" completely

Hello,

I have set the value "new_install_skip_erase": true" in the manifest file.
However, after selecting "Install....", you will still be asked whether the device should be erased.

A user selected this and thereby deleted all saved settings.
Isn't there a way to prevent this completely?
Additional setting of the flag: "new_install_prompt_erase": false
Unfortunately doesn't solve the problem.
