+#### Regarding issue [#16999](https://github.com/eslint/eslint/issues/16999)
+
+**Summary:** Looks like Phase 7 calls for warning about `getCwd()` and on `context` in `RuleTester` then removal on Phase 8.
+
+**Resolution:** Non-critical changes will be left for [v10.0.0](https://github.com/orgs/eslint/projects/6/).

+#### Regarding issue [#13481](https://github.com/eslint/eslint/issues/13481)
+
+**Summary:** Should we remove `context.parserPath` and `context.parserOptions` in v9?.
+
+**Resolution:** We will leave them in v9 and remove them in v10. That will avoid any eslintrc compatibility issues between now and when we remove eslintrc.
+
