"Block 60fps" blocks 1080p and higher resolutions. #76

If "Block 60fps" option is enabled - 1080p and higher resolutions are unavailable. Only 720p and lower.

I have the same problem here. Seems like Youtube might not serve resolutions >720p in 30fps anymore
