Erigon3 out of sync with limited big jump message #13359

With caplin enabled erigon3 will be out of sync for 10 ~ 30 minutes, and it happens daily.

Can't reproduce now because I have switched all nodes to use --externalcl so I assume it is peering issue with caplin.

Seems like this issue is fixed with latest commit #13402 so closing
