Add NFT viewer to explorer #188

When you are looking at wallets/transactions in explorer currently it is not possible to view NFT image metadata.

I think it would be improved UX if when you click a token with image metadata a viewer can pop up.

Currently we are reliant on wallet/external viewers to visualize this info
