NFC Token and USB Not Working

Description

I have a usb token with NFC integrated. I tried to pair the token to add a security factor to the application. (I'm migrating from google authenticator). But it doesn't recognize the token, with NFC the phone vibrates warning me of the operation in progress then responds "impossible to add the passkey" if I put the key in the phone's usb it asks me for a pin. The token when I press the verification button creates a pin that it doesn't show me but it's not repeatable anyway.
I managed to block the token and I have to reset it, I use brave browser why does it send me to chrome to reset the token?
Is there any solution to verify the security token?
