Add support for YaOTP

Description

Although importing from Aegis with exports containing YaOTP entries no longer has this or this problem in ente auth 3.1.3, it still doesn't generate the correct 8 characters for YaOTP. Instead, it provides 6 (incorrect) digits. Am I missing something? Steam support was added recently also, which should be a similar process..?
