Prerequisites

  • I have read the Contributing Guidelines.
  • I have searched for existing feature requests or ideas discussions to avoid duplicates.
  • I've requested a one and only one feature/change in this issue. I have not requested different features at once.
  • My issue is well-defined and describes how it should be implemented from UI/UX perspective.

What do you want to be added or improved?

When transferring money from A to B, you can add a column for selecting categories. Currently, you can only use tags to classify.

Why do you need it?

Both categories and tags should be functional and provide a more comprehensive way of distinguishing.

How do you imagine it?

Adding a category to transfers would disrupt the coordination of income and expenditure, and the only way out is to redesign expenditure, income and transfers.

The worst solutions I can think of are:
In Income, move the category selection feature to the second row.
In Expenses, moved the category selection feature to the second row.
In Transfer, move the category selection function to the second row, and add the category selection function to the third row.

Each row displays one item. I also need a better way, thank you.
