Bitcoin module api endpoint lead to a 404 error #874

Seems that bitaps.com api is no longer available... resulting in a 404 error.

Fix with #873 using blockchain.info API, remove wallets monitoring functionality, no time to see if it's possible to rewrite with the new API endpoint.
