Submitting more than one icon only updates the first

When trying to submit more than one icon, clicking on any of the Upload .icns file buttons only updates the first one.

You can see in the video that after I select the first .icns and try to do the second, it doesn't update, and when I remove the first and try the second again, it only populates the first.
