Black screen on launch

Hello ! I couldn't find anything about this online but when I try to launch SH2 with the enhanced edition I get a black screen, I can click once, which triggers a short jingle followed by looping audio (what I assume should be the title screen ?) I can't really send a screenshot since it's just.... a black screen

Update ! the jingle is in fact, the start game sound, I tried to move around and I hear the footsteps, I can pause and go through the menu, I just can't see anything (I also tried to run the game as an administrator but it doesnt help)
