Blood pools of enemies on the streets are still broken

I remember you fixing the blood pools of enemies and demonstrating the fix in the apartment complex.
However, the blood pools of enemies out in the open on the streets are still broken and barely visible.

Is there hope for a fix? I'd imagine it's an easy fix considering you fixed the ones occurring in enclosed locations.

This was an issue we looked into some time back. We're not totally sure what is happening with blood out on the streets (during daytime in particular).

You'll notice the small blood pools are thick and heavy, but this also results in them being far too "pronounced" off in the distance:

When @Murugo was experimenting with the small droplets and the large blood pool, we found some ways to change it but it resulted in worse effects:

I'm not sure if much can be done for it.
