Winter 2026 far2l release before Ubuntu 26.04 Debian Import Freeze

Ubuntu 26.04 will be February 19 Feature Freeze, Debian Import Freeze https://discourse.ubuntu.com/t/resolute-raccoon-release-schedule/47198

Usually maintainer need at least 10 days to submit to Debian and then transfer from sid to testing.

IMHO we should make release with all new features not later February 8.

@elfmz, @alexmyczko and @mitya57 tell your opinion about appropriate far2l release date.
