What Happened?

These issues have been happening since version 6, and I'm not sure if you guys are aware. Whenever the computer is left idle, and it's expected to turn off or go to sleep at the set time in the settings app, it doesn't do either. However, if I manually put the computer to sleep, it takes a long time to wake up, and it's even longer when powering it on. This is very frustrating. Additionally, if I lock the screen using the Windows key and L, trying to unlock it just 30 seconds later takes almost two minutes to wake the screen. Please note that this computer has used Windows, Ubuntu, Fedora, Zorin, CloudReady OS, Fyde OS, and Chrome OS. None of those operating systems wake up so slowly. This has been happening ever since version 6, and there's no fix. Please look into this.

Steps to Reproduce

Locked screen and tried to wake screen

The system should wake or unlcok screen almost instantly.

OS Version

7.x (Horus)
