Default apps keeps switching randomly

What Happened

In the applications tab, the default applications keeps switching randomly even after i reset them correctly.

Expected Behavior

Default application set should not change without permission.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open settings app and click on Applications tab
2. Select default apps for different categories.
3. Upon closing and reopening the settings app, the default applications change at random to other apps.
