Support Sound indicator like scrolling

It would be more consistent if the nightlight would support the same scroll interactions as the sound indicator, that where refined with: elementary/wingpanel-indicator-sound#81

If we do this, I think we'll want to reconsider adding a default mark (#8) in case of accidental movement.
