请问大佬，paypal的sandbox环境配置后端回调接口是在webhooks里配置吗？sandbox环境的地址必须是是https的吗？http不可以吗？我支付了之后前端跳转了页面，但是后端没有被调用。

旧版里面没有使用webhooks，新版本paypal v2暂时也没有接入webhooks而是使用IPN的，后续版本会进行接入webhooks方式
