Non modal dialogs on linux

I'm on fedora 43 (gtk4) and qt5 seems to fail to create native modal dialogs.

That causes an annoying behaviour where dialogs are hide behind main window if you accidentally click on it, but loosing mouse interaction.

The approaches that could fix it:

• Use non native dialogs, this can be set on build time (with a flag) or adding a new preference (use native dialogs)
• Migrate to qt6
