Interaction with filesystem

From existing docs to create components:

• Video (english): Creating Scripted Components Part I
• Video (spanish): Creando componentes script en SimulIDE

Is clear that interaction with filesystem is needed (to create files for customizations).

I miss it from SimulIDE itself, and probably is an easy thing to add.

My idea:

• A filebookmark for current project dir (I think lastCircDir settings will do it)
• Actions to open files or directory externally

Project bookmarks and external actions merged.
In any case you can open files in SimulIDE Editor.

Nice, I started with just open parent directory, but as was easy to add this one, I was thinking on images, icons or other file types
