This issue is to set up a very simple guide for the hack session. The goal is to write down, in practical terms, what you need to do for both IA measurements and IA modelling.

For IA measurements, this means starting from a catalog and spelling out the minimal required data and the basic calculations needed to get the standard outputs.

For IA modelling, this means listing what inputs are required and how to generate model predictions in the simplest way possible.

The idea is to make this as straightforward as possible — no complicated selection functions or advanced setups, just the bare essentials so that anyone at the hack can follow the workflow step by step.
