"New eMoflon EMF Project Wizard" does not use provided location parameter

With the following settings, the "New eMoflon EMF Project Wizard" still generated the new project inside the current workspace.

The bug is probably somewhere near this class: https://github.com/eMoflon/emoflon-core/blob/master/org.moflon.emf.ui/src/org/moflon/emf/ui/wizard/NewMoflonEmfProjectWizard.java
