When talking to a few streamers, which do use the mod, about the setting for Colorblind Text, they time and time again have told me that it leads to some issues, for example the color-names going beyond the player-names and at times even going through walls…

But that is really only the case with the longest ones, such as for example Watermelon, Turquoise, etc..

So I would like the following ones to be renames into the following names (Mind you, I have looked for possible synonyms to the current color-names):

Watermelon —> W.Melon or W.melon

Chocolate —> Choco

Turquoise —> Aqua (It's a synonym to turquoise, as well as the short form of aquamarine, which is also a synonym of turquoise.)

Sorry, I didn't mean to close.

I would just like to add that “Cocoa“ might be a better shortened alternative to “Chocolate“ than “Choco“ could be. Furthermore, I should also present the point that by shortening the color-names, you get to improve the User Experience of those who do rely on the player-setting for Colorblind Text, as there will be less potentially even moving text on the screens of each individual user, which should be less straining and should make it easier to follow everything that is happening on the screen.

I suggest:

  • Melon
  • Cocoa
  • Aqua
