Implementation ideas

the installing dependencies takes a long time, and sometimes is not necessary

I suggest:

  • add flag to allow skip this phase when used
    or
  • check if dependency already in path before installing

tried --skip-binary-installation

but still gets

 ▀ [celestia] starting build from v0.20.4-mocha (this can take several minutes) (
