Having clear Ts&Cs for people visiting the house is essential for having complete understanding of what is expected.
I think I can prepare a draft of these in T2h today to send to our first potential guests.
Will need T10m of review time from you @iteles

  • Prepare the doc including
    • Privacy
    • Access areas
    • No Photos of incomplete things or children.
    • Facilicites
