Implement filtering in the tutorial

Issue #3 was closed given that the new tutorial no longer has the old filter bar, therefore there is no bug. However, a new filter bar should be implemented.

Check if filtering should continue to be done by JButler or if there's a better solution using PrimeFaces components (data table with filtering).
