initially for the archive page, but possibly for profile pages that come later.

however, this is mostly to meet parity with the legacy site. once we get transitioned, we might rethink how we handle long lists like this

this is now functional enough to not be a blocker, but we should still add the next/previous controls in addition to the specific page links
