Interested in Becoming a Maintainer

Hey!

Saw the README that dronekit is looking for some maintainers. I'd be more than happy to take on some issues and make some PRs to dronekit, especially if dronekit still needs some parts converted to Python 3. I'm a pretty experienced Python programmer (started at around 2019) and have in general done most of my work in AI, but have also created my own autonomous drones that used dronekit as a backbone. To add a sprinkle of ethos, I'm an intern at NASA Langley Research Center specializing in Python programming for data analysis and have done a fair amount of work updating data processing tools from Python 2 to Python 3 as well. Let me know!
