If you're updating an existing installation and conflicts from glibc-locales:
glibc-locales: /usr/lib/locale/.../... exists in filesystemYou can safely overwrite them using this following command:
# pacman -Syu --overwrite=/usr/lib/locale/\*Happy glibc 2.39 folks!
