It seems that you forget to provide files "real_cotra.txt" and "vocab_cotra.pkl".

I could download "data.p" and "arkiv.p" through the given data link, but they are not the required files.

I might be wrong, but those files could be similar to the ones here https://github.com/CR-Gjx/LeakGAN/tree/master/Image%20COCO/save
And if you directly copy that, don't forget to change self.n_words = 4839 in textGAN.py
