Hello,
I am building a special custom live fedora iso which uses this dracut boot option: rd.writable.fsimg=1
According to man, this option does this:
My problem is that I only have 24GB of RAM.
The image I am building is installed via kickstart to a 16GB disk leaving me with 8GB of extra space which should be enough to run.
If I run this with 32GB of RAM it does work. But I do not have that much RAM on the target system.
When I boot the image, I get this:
Can someone please explain to me two things:
1. Is there some way that would let me change how much space can be used to extract the image to make it fit into 24GB?
2. In what units is the capacity there so I can convert it to something human readable?
I thought it would expand to the 16GB, but the number there does not make sense to me.
Thank you.
