Rumination occurs near end of sequence even though no CP-using moves occur after it in the sequence. Waste of a cross-class slot, a macro line, and time. Inefficient.

Was trying to separate issues out as you requested in the other one. Plus, 84 is marked closed, so while the double inner quiet doesn't occur any longer, this still does. =/
