D10 - Customize cursor position - Rotating simulator makes the button and label overlap

Affected Test Case:

1. D10 - Customize cursor position

Note:

1. Even though the button and label is overlapping the button can still be clicked

Steps to Reproduce

1. Deploy ManualMaui to iOS simulator.
2. Navigate to 'D Editor' -> 'D10 Customize cursor position'
3. Rotate Simulator
4. Notice that button and label is overlapping

Actual Behavior:
The button and label are overlapping

Expected Behavior:
The button and label should not overlap

Is this a regression from previous behavior?

Yes, this is a regression. This doesn't repro on 9.0.120. This can be reproduced in 10.0.40 inflight, 10.0.30, 10.0.20 and 10.0.0.

This issue has been validated in Visual Studio Code 1.109.5 with MAUI versions 9.0.120, 10.0.0-rc2, 10.0.0, 10.0.30, , 10.0.41, 10.0.40-ci.inflight.26112.10 & 10.0.50-ci.inflight.26124.6. It was reproducible from 10.0.0-rc2 on the iOS platform.
Note: Issue was not reproducible in 9.0.120 version
