I2_Vertical grid for horizontal Item Spacing and Vertical Item Spacing - horizontally updating the spacing only applies to the second column

Affected Test Case:

1. I2 - Vertical grid for HorizontalItemSpacing and VerticalItemSpacing
2. I2 - Horizontal grid for HorizontalItemSpacing and VerticalItemSpacing

Steps to Reproduce

1. Deploy ManualMaui to MacCatalyst.
2. Navigate to 'I CollectionView' -> 'I2_Spacing' -> 'I2 - Vertical grid for HorizontalItemSpacing and VerticalItemSpacing'
3. Change the spacing vertically and horizontally
4. Notice that the spacing on the first column will not be updated.

Actual Behavior:
Only the second column is updated

Is this a regression from previous behavior?

Not a regression. The issue also repro on 10.0.41, 10.0.40, 10.0.31, & 10.0.30

This issue has been validated in Visual Studio Code 1.109.5 with MAUI versions 10.0.30, 10.0.31, 10.0.40, 10.0.41 & 10.0.50-ci.inflight.26124.6. It was reproducible on the Mac platform.
