Describe the bug
There's no response when clicking "Close Saved" for.dib/ipynb file.

Detailed Repro Build info:
VS Code 1.93.1 + dotnet-interactive-vscode-1.0.5468011.vsix + dotnet-sdk-8.0.401-win-x64

Version: 1.93.1 (system setup)
Commit: 38c31bc77e0dd6ae88a4e9cc93428cc27a56ba40
Date: 2024-09-11T17:20:05.685Z (1 wk ago)
Electron: 30.4.0
ElectronBuildId: 10073054
Chromium: 124.0.6367.243
Node.js: 20.15.1
V8: 12.4.254.20-electron.0

Steps:
1.Ctrl+Shift+P` => "Polyglot Notebook: Create new blank notebook"
2.Select "Create as .ipynb"
3.Select "F#"
4.Set the cell contents to 1+1 and execute.
5.Right click the file title -> click "Close Saved".

Expected Results:
After clicking "Close Saved", the dialog "Do you want to save the changes..." should be popped up, like below:

Actual Results:
There's no response when clicking "Close Saved" for.dib/ipynb file.
