Split the readme.md content across multiple markdown files

What about splitting the huge README.md file over multiple smaller files and using a GitHub Action to generate a single (huge) one every time we have an updated (merged) on the small files?

This will help any ongoing work without conflicts, especially translations where multiple contributors can work simultaneously on the exact translation.
