Add teams

Why?

Currently it's a pain in the ass to share secrets with employees of a bigger company / contractors.

They have to be added one by one and revoked one by one.

What?

• Design a "passveil team" feature which will allow users to define a team and add GPG public keys there
• Discuss it in this issue and when the design is accepted...
• ...implement it.
