Add bats tests for various shebangs

Description of feature

We need to validate that the shebangs are properly executed. We should at least verify:

• dash
• sh
• bash
• python3

Additionally, we should check that shebang detection from the SHELL directive is properly detected and used, particularly in the case of /bin/bash -c.
