Bind to interface 0.0.0.0

Please add a way to bind Docker model-runner to 0.0.0.0, right now, communication is limited to the local machine. I have my server with GPU cards down in the cool basement away from my office where I develop and it would be much easier to connect remotely from VS Code.

I made a workaround for this, you can use netsh in windows to forward requests from outside to inside on a different port.

netsh interface portproxy add v4tov4 listenport=8080 listenaddress=0.0.0.0 connectport=8888 connectaddress=127.0.0.1

Thank you for sharing the workaround @marcpope, here is the Docker based workaround that should work across platforms, just use a container to proxy:

I guess we could make it configurable within the OSS project, but likely keep the localhost defaults in our Docker Desktop distribution.
