JSON progress output on `docker model pull`

docker model pull command outputs a human readable progress status.
For integration with Docker Compose, it would be nice we can get a Line delimited JSON stream, comparable to engines JSONProgress with Current/Total counters so we can display pull progress in Compose TUI the same way we do for image pulls

We have updated the model-distribution to support per layer progress, very similar to JSONProgress
I worked on this draft some time ago, but its probably very outdated, I need some time to work on this again

Great idea all around. It would also be good if we had a JSON output mode for docker model install-runner as well when it's pulling the support image for Docker CE.
