Failed to get NTOSKRNL base address on Windows 11 25H2 #3

Description

@didotb

I have not been able to get things running on both Windows 11 25H2 as well as Windows Server 2019 Datacenter guests under PVE.
Although, the Windows Server makes sense, the Windows 11 doesn't in this case.

So far, based on the README.md I've only completed the build as well as echoing 0 to ptrace_scope.
I copied ntoseye to /usr/bin and ran it, I also started the Win11 guest right after, but ntoseye gave me the following then exits:

error: failed to get ntoskrnl base address

Both Windows 11 and Windows Server has bcdedit /debug on and -s -S inserted on qemu's arg config.
