Editing and Using Fonts

I'm having some trouble understanding how editing and using fonts and global fonts is supposed to work. Specifically:

1. When I make changes to fonts, I sometimes don't see them reflected on the page or text box I'm editing, and sometimes I do. Could someone clarify what steps and in which order I should follow to ensure changes are applied consistently?
2. What's the correct workflow for creating a new global font? Should I create it first and then configure it with font settings, or should I configure the font settings first and then save it as a global font? And what's the effect of double-clicking the global font?
3. Is there a simple way to replace all fonts used across a project with another font, or do I have to edit each page individually to make those changes?
4. When I launch the GUI, it usually shows me a different font in the font dropdown that I in config/config.json. How can I be sure that the font that I want is used consistently?

Any guidance or documentation you can point me to would be greatly appreciated!

First, make sure you're using the latest version.
Change the font in combobox will be applied to:

1. selected textblocks
2. If you're editing a textblock, it will be applied to selected content or the whole block if nothing is selected.

Global font is the font displayed when you're not editing any textblock.

Create a new text style and load it when needed: #311

Set the target font as global font, top bar -> run, uncheck all stages and click RUN, it will re-render all pages, and apply current global font settings.

One more question about the same topic - is there a way to tell what font settings are used in the selected text box, or an easy way to copy font settings from a text box to another?

Let's say I want to split a speech balloon into two different blocks - I resize the automatically created text box to cover the first part of the balloon and then manually create another area to cover the rest of the text. How can I make sure that the new text box uses the same font as the first one that was automatically created?

Select it -> right click -> copy -> right click -> paste. Or create a text style from it as an intermediate.
